Online Purchase Terms & Conditions
Our Site permits you to purchase the products made available to you, subject to the terms set out below. Your order is not accepted until payment in full has been received; at that point a binding agreement on these terms takes effect.
Products may be purchased for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that you are purchasing for personal use and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer declines or flags a transaction as high risk, we are not liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.
Price & Payment
Prices are as quoted on the Site, except in cases of obvious error.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop, and PayPal. As part of our fraud-prevention efforts, we may request additional identity verification for orders flagged as high risk.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are:

Expedited orders placed before 9:00 AM PST ship the same day.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Address Changes
Orders and shipping addresses can be modified within 30 minutes of placement. After that, we're unable to make changes.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect or cover the cost of packages lost due to an incorrect address.
Free Shipping
Domestic orders over $300 qualify for free ground shipping.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, and other charges not included in the purchase price.
For international orders, please check with your country's customs office regarding applicable import regulations. You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, restrictions, or other requirements relating to items you order.
If a shipment is refused or abandoned at customs, it is not eligible for a refund.

Delivery & Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order, including damage, a missing item, or an error on our part, please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery at hello@seryinity.com so we can make it right.
Ownership of the merchandise transfers to you once it is marked delivered to your shipping address. We recommend shipping to an address where packages can be received securely.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders that show signs of:
