Please read this Return Policy carefully before purchasing any products from Seryinity ("we," "us," "our"). By using seryinity.com and placing an order, you agree to the purchase and return terms below.
Returns
We offer free returns.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the shipment date. To start a return, contact us at hello@seryinity.com and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must arrive:

In new and unworn condition

With all original tags attached

With original packaging intact
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags won't be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Exclusive releases

Any other limited-edition or special-release items
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are refused or returned as undeliverable when shipped to the address you provided are not covered under this free returns policy and will incur a 35% restocking fee.
If an international shipment is refused or abandoned at customs, it is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you haven't received your refund after that period, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at hello@seryinity.com.
Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order, including damage, a missing item, or an error on our part, please contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery at hello@seryinity.com so we can make it right.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders that show signs of:

Bulk ordering or multiple orders of the same product

Other activity that appears fraudulent or violates these terms
Online Purchase Terms & Conditions
Our Site permits you to purchase the products made available to you, subject to the terms set out below. Your order is not accepted until payment in full has been received; at that point a binding agreement on these terms takes effect.
Products may be purchased for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that you are purchasing for personal use and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer declines or flags a transaction as high risk, we are not liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.
Price & Payment
Prices are as quoted on the Site, except in cases of obvious error.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop, and PayPal. As part of our fraud-prevention efforts, we may request additional identity verification for orders flagged as high risk.
Miscellaneous
You're subject to the policies in effect at the time you place your order, unless a change is required by law or we notify you of a change before your order is invoiced.
