Hi, I'm Talia Serene
My world completely transformed when I slipped into my first silk robe. I was
wearing a mediocre outfit at a party, when the gracious host offered her elegant
garment. Immediately after trying it on, I felt this sense of relief and regality at
the same time. In that moment, I embodied my true self. My posture
straightened and I danced with grace. I became deeply present, as the silk
brushed against my skin and I glimpsed the sight of my elevated reflection.
This was me. This is me.
I realized I could evoke this essence even during my self-care rituals, which I
always used to resist. Time spent alone became a natural exploration of self. No
longer an obligation, but a mystical journey—a soirée with myself. The
experience pierced my spirit so deeply, that I knew I needed more. It wasn’t long
until my mind naturally started dreaming up designs of a whole collection: I met
my pattern maker, co-designer, cutter, and sewer along the way, and I
transformed the dream into material. These silk designs transcend mere attire; it's
a life ethos, affirming our worthiness of the most opulent treasures.
